Depart for Morocco
Arrive in Casablanca and transfer to your hotel in Rabat where you have the rest of the day at leisure. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 7 PM followed by dinner. Passengers arriving to Casablanca on day 2 should select flights that arrive no later than 3:40 PM. Rabat is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the Casablanca airport and transfers from the airport to the hotel are shared. Overnight: Rabat Meals: Dinner
This morning, take a city tour of Rabat. View the Royal Palace the Oudaya Kasbah, and the Hassan Tower. Visit the Oudaya National Museum of Ornaments, showcasing a collection of traditional Moroccan jewelry, textiles, and decorative arts. En route to Fez, stop and visit the ancient ruins of the Roman city of Volubilis where you will get a chance to see the well-preserved original mosaics, Roman Road, and city layout. Take a short bus tour of the imperial city of Fez conducted by your Tour Manager on the way to the hotel Overnight: Fez Meals: Breakfast
Spend the day at leisure to bravely wander the old medina yourself or choose to take the guided optional tour where you will visit the many hidden treasures of the medina that only a Moroccan guide can know. Fez served as the capital of Morocco for more than 400 years and is home to the University of Al Karaouine. It is particularly famous for its tanneries and the Fes el Bali Medina. A short visit to the surrounding leather shops gives you the best view of the tanneries. View the Attarine Medersa, Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and visit the Nejjarine Fountains and Museum. Finally, view the exterior of the Royal Palace and walk through the famed Jewish quarter of the medina where you will get a chance to walk through one of the few remaining Jewish cemeteries in Morocco Optional: Full Day Fez with lunch (AM) Overnight: Fez Meals: Breakfast
Depart the hotel early morning and drive to Marrakesh via highway. This will be the longest bus ride of the tour. Included will be sufficient rest stops for your comfort and a break for lunch on your own. Late afternoon arrival at your hotel in Marrakesh. Arise before dawn to participate in today's optional Hot Air Balloon Ride.* Take off in a hot air balloon as you watch the sunrise. Drift above the beautiful landscape, before returning back to earth to enjoy a traditional Moroccan breakfast. Explore the city on your own today or join the optional morning tour of Marrakesh.* Begin at the Dar el Bacha Palace & Museum, once the home of Pasha Thami el Glaoui. Continue to the Koutoubia Minaret and the beautiful Bahia Palace. You will also have the opportunity to shop for authentic Moroccan argan oil, reputedly rich in nutrients and antioxidants beneficial to skin and hair, before strolling through the bustling Medina to Djemaa el Fna Square, the lively center of the city. Then, perhaps join the optional camel ride. Experience the tranquility of the Palmeraie, a palm oasis outside of Marrakesh, as you ride in Berber style through the valley of lush palm groves on a dromedary, a member of the camel family *The Marrakesh Sunrise Hot Air Balloon Ride with Breakfast and Marrakesh City Tour operate simultaneously. After breakfast, travel to Casablanca. Your half day sightseeing tour includes the exterior of the Hassan II Mosque* and the beautiful Corniche seaside. Continue on a short drive through the residential areas of Casablanca to the city center to visit the Mohamed V Square, the Habous quarter and the Notre Dame de Lourdes Cathedral. Tonight, bid farewell to Morocco and your Tour Manager at a reception at the hotel *Hassan II Mosque is subject to unexpected closures for local religious observances. Upon arrival, please complete immigration formalities if necessary and claim your luggage. If your program includes airport arrival transfers, check your voucher for specific instructions, as they may vary by destination. In most cases, you will be met after collecting your luggage or passing through Customs by the local representative holding an EDEN MOROCCAN TOURS sign and/or a sign with your name on it. In some instances, you may be instructed to walk a short distance to a transportation counter. The company’s name and location will be printed on your voucher.
If for any reason you do not connect with the EDEN MOROCCAN TOURS transfer personnel, please go to the Tourist Information Desk and ask them to page the EDEN MOROCCAN TOURS representative or call the phone number listed on your voucher. If you are delayed due to lost luggage, please call the number on the voucher or ask a companion to exit the Customs area to inform the transfer representative.

If you are arriving without a pre-arranged transfer, we strongly recommend visiting the Tourist Information Desk to request a licensed taxi or transfer service. You may be asked to pay for the transfer at the desk prior to departure; this helps ensure you are not charged extra during the trip.
